This black wall boom includes four expansion anchors, allowing you to mount it on load-bearing walls and support up to 6.6 lb. The boom has an extension of 2.6 to 4.3′ and features a reversible 5/8″ Baby pin stud with a 1/4″-20 threaded stud for mounting light fixtures or grip gear on one end and a 3/8″-16 threaded stud on the other end. The boom’s extension range is controlled by a knuckle, as with a typical stand, and a single locking lever allows you to adjust and lock the angle of the boom, which has a 180° range, so you can collapse it flat against the wall when not in use. In addition, the boom has a 180° “pan” range, adjustable by loosening and tightening a pair of nuts and bolts, allowing you to adjust the angle relative to the wall.
