The bowl has a naturally non-stick surface. The bowl prevents overcooking. It is made using a revolutionary technology of heat-resistant plastic. The bowl is resistant up to 200ºC. The lid is resistant up to 100ºC. It is provided with a legend for organised labelling of stored food. The dish and lid are dishwasher safe. Instructions for use: Use the bowl without the lid for roasting and baking in an electric, gas or hot-air oven. Put the lid loosely on the bowl when using it in a microwave oven.
